Benefits for Better Mental Health
Benefits for Better Mental Health (BBMH) is currently operating a reduced service. We will ensure that we respond as quickly as possible to enquiries and will discuss with you what support we are able to offer you, based on your circumstances. We understand that benefits and appeals can be a difficult time, so we aim to provide the most up-to-date information as possible.
There are several benefits available to support people with mental health problems and their carers. These include personal independence payment, new style employment support allowance, carers allowance and universal credit.
We know that navigating the benefits world can be difficult, so we have a dedicated Benefits Advisor who can guide you on what you may be entitled to, as well as supporting with Mandatory Reconsiderations and Appeals where possible. (Please note that we are unable to support with form completion at this time, but can advise you on where to get this support).
