How it Works

    Complete one mile in any way that inspires you. Walk the dog, jog through the park, cycle to your favourite café, or even hula-hoop in your garden – it’s your mile, your way!
  2. Set Your Challenge
    Move a single mile or push yourself to do one mile every day for a month. Take it at your own pace – every mile counts!
  3. Fundraise for Mental Health
    Share your journey and encourage friends, family, and colleagues to sponsor you. Every pound raised will help us deliver life-changing mental health support to people in Oxfordshire.
