What is the registration fee and how much do I have to fundraise?
The registration fee is £15 and we ask all our charity place fundraisers to raise a minimum of £200.
Will there be a deadline to raise the £200 by?
You will have a £57 (23.5%) fundraising deadline of 12th August (2 months before the event). We then ask that the full £200 is with us by 12th November (1 month after the event).
What happens if I don’t reach the £200 target?
We set the minimum fundraising target at £200 to make sure we’re able to cover the costs that we’ve paid for the place as well as put enough back into our vital services to support people living with a mental health problem.
You don’t need to raise the full amount until 1 month after event day. We know a lot of donations come in on the week of and after the event. So there is still plenty of time to plan your fundraising and collect donations.
We will be in touch throughout your journey to give fundraising tips and ideas.
Please make sure you’re confident you can raise the £200 before you apply.
Will I get a t-shirt or running vest?
Once you have started fundraising, we will send you a t-shirt or running vest in the post.
Will Oxfordshire Mind be there on half marathon day?
We’ll be there on the day, ready and waiting to cheer you on, so make sure you come and say Hi to us in the race village, and look out for all our cheering points along the course.
